Storenvy’s Super-Secret Bacon Pancake Recipe

If you follow us on Twitter, you heard rumors of the bacon-filled pancakes we served at LessConf. We came, we cooked, and we conquered! And now with our extremely complicated and super-secret recipe, you can too. The Super-Secret Recipe for Storenvy’s Bacon Pancakes You will need:
  • Your choice of pancake mix, plus whatever ingredients it calls for
  • Your choice of bacon
  • Magic unicorn powers
Directions:
  1. Cook the bacon to your desired crispiness. Set aside for as long as needed.
  2. Follow your pancake mix’s instructions to mix up your pancake batter.
  3. On your griddle or frying pan, lay down a slice of bacon for each pancake. Pour batter across the length of the bacon slice. We used a large pitcher to make the pouring easier.
  4. When the air bubbles pop on the top of the batter, flip them over and cook for another minute or two.
  5. Serve with syrup for that perfect mix of sweet and savory.

At LessConf, we served them with sausage links and the bacon pancake’s only real competition: chocolate chip pancakes.
